Accumulating evidence suggests potential adverse effects on fetal and neonatal outcomes following cannabis use in pregnancy. Objective To update a living systematic review and meta-analysis to provide a timely understanding regarding cannabis use in pregnancy and fetal and neonatal outcomes.
