Abstract Cannabinoids, the biologically active constituents of Cannabis, have potent neuronal and immunological effects. The influence of these treatments on hematologic reconstitution and on the development of graft versus host disease (GVHD) after bone marrow transplantation (BMT) is largely unknown.
