Why do you work for the Realm of Caring?
I work for Realm of Caring because it sits right at the intersection of everything I care about — policy, coalition building, and expanding access to alternative health practices that can genuinely change people’s lives. My career has been rooted in strategy work, helping organizations and communities build systems that actually serve people well. RoC’s mission to advocate for cannabinoid access and education through evidence and compassion is exactly the kind of work I want to be part of.
What are you passionate about?
Equity in systems, at the core — making sure the people who need access to care, resources, or a seat at the table actually get it. In practice, that looks like coalition and policy work, bringing different voices together around a shared goal, and building the operational infrastructure that lets good missions actually run.
Hobbies/out of work activities:
I’m a lifelong learner, always picking up something new — right now that’s re-teaching myself how to sew. I love to travel and I’m constantly on the hunt for new and interesting places to eat. You’ll find me on the pickleball court, at live music shows, or hanging out with my pets when I’m not working.
