As CBD use continues to gain popularity for its potential therapeutic uses, the need for data on health outcomes of long-term CBD use has become critical. 

Realm of Caring is actively recruiting for a retrospective, survey study to address this data gap on long-term CBD use behaviors and health outcomes. 

Data collection for this study will be conducted over the course of the following two years.

The Inclusion Criteria

1. You are 18 years old (Caretakers may also participate on behalf of a minor).
2. You are a US resident.
3. You read and write English fluently.
4. You’re willing to complete a single survey in one sitting.

You have used CBD consistently (3+ times a week) for at least two years OR you are not currently using CBD and have not used CBD for the past two years.
